Drandmir is a member of the HFS (High Fantasy Society), which is a live action role playing or LARP, group. There are many different chapters of the High Fantasy Society across Texas. The City-State of Drandmir is the chapter of HFS that is located in Georgetown, Texas.

Each Sunday we meet together in San Gabriel Park from one until five. There, we hold battle games, or simulated combat. In addition to this, we also partake in the arts, ranging anywhere from sewing to cooking. Every three months, Drandmir holds an event. At the event, players from other kingdoms are invited to come. Fighting is offered as well as a feast and court.
